Johnny Premier was promoting a party this weekend at Touch and said it was “hosted by Kim Kardashian, in celebration of the release of her new perfume.“

Well Kim did have a party to celebrate her new perfume, only it was in Miami, you know, where her boyfriend Reggie Bush was about to play the biggest game of his life.

She fired back with not one, but two tweets about the mess saying: “I am NOT hosting a party tonight in NYC at a club called Touch! Its the night before SUPERBOWL!!!! U think I would leave my man? Come on!” and “Its so wrong when people use your name and picture on flyers! Don’t u know that’s against the law!!! False promotion!“

Apparently Kim will miss watching Reggie play a regular game for a photo shoot, but wouldn’t dare leave her man as he is getting ready for the Superbowl.
