030609Hoboken34.jpgWell this is not news to me as I have always had a HUGE crush on Mark Birnbaum (32). He is tall, successful, intelligent and very sweet. What is not to love? His partner (31) also successful, intelligent and sweet.

The two of them are definitely a power pair that most New York women wouldn’t mind having a piece of. I mean, they can feed you delicious food, pour you the best champagne and introduce you to all their famous friends. If you like living the high life, these two are not a bad catch at all.

If neither Mark not Eugene is your cup of tea, (what’s wrong with you?) there are plenty more where that came from. Also making the New York Post’s list for New York City’s most eligible bachelors are:

  • Mark Sanchez (23) – the quarterback for the New York Jets. When he gets a Superbowl ring, I’ll think about it.
  • Andy Samberg (31) – the comedian partly responsible for D*ck in a Box. He’s hot and funny. I’m sold.
  • Robert “Topper” Livingston Mortimer (34) – a banker most famous for being Tinsley Mortimer’s ex-husband. I don’t want any beef with her so I’ll pass.
  • Johnny Iuzzini (35) – head chef at Jean Georges. He has tattoos and will cook you dinner, or at least bring home leftovers.
  • Jamie Johnson (30) – Vanity Fair blogger and Johnson & Johnson heir. Can introduce you to Mark Sanchez if you REALLY want him to.
  • Jay Sean (26) – that British guy who sings that “baby are you down down down” song. Get him now, before you can’t even get tickets to his shows.
  • Cassidy Podell a.k.a. DJ Cassidy (28) – if you don’t know who he is, shame on you. One of the best DJs ever. If you have a crush on him, he’s at Goldbar’s Sunday Funday party a lot.
  • Matthew Moinian (26) – real estate scion who is a 2L at Cardozo. Wait. This guy goes to my school? I think I have found my new motivation to attend class. What’s his concentration?
  • Ben Leventhal (31) – co-owner of Eater, Curbed and Racked. He pretty much runs the NY blog scene.
  • Danilo Gallinari (21) – forward for the New York Knicks. He’s a millionaire, he cooks and he has an italian accent. Yum. (Because Milan is in Italy. Not France. Got it.)

Was your favorite New York Man left off the list? ChiChi212 will be listing the top 10 in nightlife for men and women. Submit your nominations to hotties@chichi212.com

  1. wowowowowow

Danilo with a french accent? Are you serious? He’s Italian.

  2. you’re right. Everyone has their idiot thing. Mine is always associating Milan with France and not Italy. I don’t know why, but I always do it. Sorry. My chances with Matthew Moinian just went from zero to negative five. Sigh.

Did you fail out of law school, B??!! Is blogging about NY’s dying clubs going to pay the bills in 10 years?

P.S. Bottles killed the clubs…10ak and their counterparts have been filled with B&T for years (just like you?!).

    Hey Brit!

Topper isn’t famous for being Tinsley’s ex. You and I both know that she weasled her way into the family (ruining Park Avenue in so doing).

He also isn’t a banker; he works for a hedge fund. Close, though! Did you go to Lawrenceville? Do you even know what Lawrenceville is?!

See you at the Yale Club tonight?

  5. Haven’t failed out of law school… yet. In 10 years I will be an attorney and can say, back in the day I had a blog where people posted the most asinine comments :-)

And I live in Manhattan now, but I’m “technically” bridge. I’m from Queens and proud of it.

  6. Haha about Topper. And the Post said he was a banker, so I followed suit. And I’ve heard of the school but could care less. And sure we can hang at the Yale Club. The club I’m a part of has a reciprocal membership there. Let me know when. xoxo.
