There are many things one can do with a law degree; Lev Ekster decided to create Cupcake Stop. You may have seen the truck on Fifth Avenue and thought nothing of it. Big mistake. Peanut butter and jelly, red velvet, oreo crumb and cappuccino, are just a few of the delicious flavors the truck is serving up.

The cupcakes come in two sizes: standard and mini. The minis are great for when you have a taste for something sweet, but don’t want to go overboard on the calories. The cupcakes are also affordable with the most expensive one being $2.25.
