It’s been a while since ChiChi212 showed face at Greenhouse, but when Steve Lewis requests your presence, you comply.

It was Steve’s birthday and he celebrated by gracing the 1s and 2s with his presence. Steve always says he’s a horrible DJ, and it’s rare for Steve to say he’s anything but genius, but he’s actually pretty good.

What was not so good? The number of tables that were bought. The main floor of Greenhouse is not very large, the VIP area was closed and there may have been two independent tables. But there were TONS of promotional people. Scott Maldonado, Marc Henry, Richie Romero, Alex Anchetta, Sam Valentine, Cindy Kim and a few others whom I recognized but couldn’t name, filling up the space.

The bartenders looked bored, the waitresses looked bored and no one had their “hustle” face on. I guess you can’t hustle people who have complimentary bottles and drink tickets.

I heard someone say Monday is “image” night because the hot girls are piled up to the ceiling. Well let’s hope there’s a night that’s “money making” night. Unless those girls are stripping and paying Greenhouse a house fee, they’re going to need more than a few pretty faces dancing on banquettes.
