Do you hear that? Paul Sevigny says Beatrice is not Burger King, The Gap or Staples. It is NOT a franchise and the new Civetta space is NOT the new Beatrice. It is a restaurant that will “cater to people who are hungry.” Does that mean there are no models allowed?  [Grub Street]

Well that settles that. Paul and Nur Khan will open up a new restaurant on Kenmare, and it will be open for “a couple of commitments” during fashion week.

And now we can continue on with the Beatrice watch. I know, I know. I heard what he said, but I’ve been on my Beatrice watch for too long. I will not let it go.
