Plan B is getting a makeover and some will say it’s about time. Venues in Manhattan tend to lose their edge after a while and one of two things happen: it is sold and becomes something else or management realizes it’s time for a change and give the space a drastic makeover.

And we’re not talking makeover ala PM to Griffin. I’m talking Extreme Makeover: Club Edition.

It will be called the Blind Barber and you guessed it, will be a sexy barber shop in the front. But what will happen to the back you ask? It will be a top-secret lounge silly. Well not so much a secret since I’ve already told you, but you know what I mean.

Blind Barber will be co-owned by Josh Boyd, Adam Kirsch and Jeff Laub. Josh said he is looking for an official opening in April, so expect a lot of soft openings in March.
