Team Marquee and Team Tao Bring Lavo To NYC1 comment

When Jason Strauss posted on Twitter that Lavo was coming to Manhattan, I was hesitant to believe his tweet. After all according to Twittter, Mark Birnbaum, Eugene Remm, Lindsay Lohan and Madonna were opening a club this week.

But Eater has confirmed the news and given us the details. Lavo is scheduled to open in Spring 2010 and will be an Italian restaurant/nightclub just like the one in Vegas.

I’m curious to see where Lavo will be in terms of exclusivity. Will it fall between Avenue and Marquee? Will the door be tougher than Avenue?

I just hope they bring Lavo TV with them.
