W.H. opened on Saturday night. Designed by Steve Lewis, the place looked great and smelled very different than the Webster Hall we all know and love.
Kaskade was spinning in the Grand Ballroom and Cassidy was holding down the Marlin room.
The line to get in was long and people were getting turned away left and right. This isn’t your mother’s Webster Hall. You had to come dressed correctly or you found yourself back on Third Avenue. Although there is bottle service in the Marlin Room, The Grand Ballroom, The Grand Ballroom Balcony, and the Balcony Lounge, the other 300 rooms are still the same great bar space you remember. The imaged may have been altered, but has not been changed beyond recognition.
I had a great time and next Saturday with Mark Ronson is going to be amazing.
