POPPED! – Pop-Up Art Collective/NightClub Opening

Popped is a 6-week pop up club on Sunday and Monday nights on Canal Street.

Curated by Stewart Braunstein, Ronny Rivellini and Spam, there will be live performances by Hustle Club, Jo-Jo, Fire & Reason and music by Prince Terrance, Andrew & Andrew, Josh Wildman, Kimyon, Ben, Kelle Calco, and Ben B-Rock.

Why should you go? I’ll let the organizers tell you:

Step right up, step right up. Under the big tent we have the traveling circus party, Popped. Come see a bearded man, or giant little people, or strange underground people who seem to have a good time. There’s even a washed up male model and real bartenders. Seriously, come show your support for artists and for a night that’s new and needed. Great line up of DJs and live acts, and curated by people who actually care. Lets go create a moment. Remember what that felt like? Where else you gonna go? Same place as the last 100 times? Lets do something fun for a short run and it’ll all be over before you know it, like old people sex.
