Who doesn’t love brisket? Whether you love it lean or marbled, brisket is delicious and Daniel Delaney is spreading the goodness around with Brisketlab. This underground smoked meat society is sure to be THE trend of summer 2012.
Delaney realized NYC didn’t have enough space to cook true Texas brisket so he started Brisketlab where you can buy a share of meat for $25 per pound. He’ll then host 10-15 brisket parties per month where you can cash in your shares and eat some tasty brisket, have some drinks and listen to live music. At each party Delaney is going to cook 200lbs of brisket, his smoker’s capacity, and you can attend as many parties as you have the meat for.
