Review: “Fat Bitch” A One Woman Show Starring Erica Watson

You have to go see Fat Bitch! Erica Watson created a one woman comedy show which takes a hilarious look at her inner and outer self.

“That fat bitch” (as she often refers to herself) takes you through her personal experiences and encounters while uniquely weaving the message: “see you for who YOU really are…… don’t let people put you in a box.”

I was pleasantly surprised with this show. Based on the title, I thought it would be a “big” girl on stage making jokes about “skinny girls”. I definitely fall into the “skinny girl” category so I was ready for the abuse. After the first 20 minutes I realized it wasn’t going to be the classic big vs skinny battle.

Not only is this show packed with raw comedy (she’s not afraid to curse, which is awesome) and honesty, it has experiences everyone can relate to, as we all have insecurities and embarrassing moments regardless of age, race, or weight.

I thoroughly enjoyed Fat Bitch and the closing video left me bent over laughing in tears, literally! Erica I NEED a copy of that clip!
