Guest of a Guest read on the Boston Herald that Scott Sartiano was spotted scouting locations for a Butter and a 1Oak in Boston.

First, I’m going to state the obvious: If there is a 1Oak in Manhattan and a 1Oak in Boston, well doesn’t that defeat the purpose of it being ONE OF A KIND? Somehow 2Oak doesn’t have the same ring to it.

Second, isn’t Butter is starting to feel like a chain store? There is Butter on Lafayette, Butter NC, a Butter West is in the works and now a Butter Boston?

Third, I’m still waiting for the new space to open where Nell’s used to be. I know it is going to be amazing and I am getting anxious.

I don’t know how I feel about this guys. I don’t want to make a ChiChi### to keep up with you  Boston has so many area codes I wouldn’t even know where to begin!

But then again it COULD just be a rumor. We’ll see.
